WEEKLY GROUP CLASS SCHEDULE
Joints & Bones
Tuesdays
9:00-10:00
A healing, slow-paced Hatha yoga class with a strong focus on joint mobility and bone health. Strengthen bones, improve joint health, increase circulation, and enhance mobility with a class suitable for all, regardless of experience level. A great class for those with joint inflammation, arthritis, osteoporosis, fibromyalgia, and certain spine pathologies.
Wednesdays
17:00-18:15
A gentle and refreshing class designed with restorative floor-based sequences to slow down and calm the mind, and tune into the nervous system's healing capacity. A beautiful addition to your self-care routine and the best way to prepare for a solid night of rest. End your day with conscious rest, guided relaxation, and the occasional singing bowl. A great class for anyone needing to unwind, support recovery, and seek peace and serenity.
Thursdays
8:30-9:30
A dynamic slow-paced class combining slow mindful flow, traditional Hatha yoga, and yin yoga. Meditative and intentional, linking movement with breath, this class welcomes practitioners of all levels - whether you are a novice or seasoned yogi. Expect an extra-long Savasana and a central theme for each class to deepen connection, foster personal growth, and bring purpose to the practice.
Thursdays
17:00-18:00
A combination class of two transformational methods to help you build strength, improve stability, enhance mobility, and calm the mind. With a strong focus on improving spine health, this class will reduce stress, relieve pain, and improve posture. This class offers a low to medium-intensity 'work-in' and you will learn how to practice and move to suit your unique body.
Fridays
10:30-11:45
A whole-body therapeutic approach to soothe the mind, harmonize the body, and uplift the spirit. Relieve stress, regulate the nervous system, improve organ function, clear energy blockages, and increase awareness through mindful observation, deep breathing, long passive holds, and meditation. A combination class of Yin yoga and yoga therapy applications. This class is great for those looking to cultivate a deeper connection with themselves and anyone experiencing chronic pain, stress, burnout, anxiety, fatigue, or recovering from trauma. Each class is customized to meet the needs of the individuals in attendance.
All classes and therapy sessions take place at my studio in Ruigtevlei, Sedgefield.
