All my specialized classes are designed with a spine-safe and yoga therapy approach, addressing every aspect of life instead of treating each body part or system in isolation. These functional, accessible, and therapeutic practices work with the body's natural capacity to heal and optimize well-being.

WHAT DOES SPINE-SAFE MEAN?

  • Focusing on exercises and poses that are safe and beneficial for the spine.
  • Helping to strengthen and support the body without risk of damage to the spinal structures.
  • Many classical Pilates exercises and traditional yoga postures are not suitable for individuals with conditions such as back pain, disc problems, osteoporosis, scoliosis, arthritis, sciatica, etc.

WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN THERAPEUTIC YOGA AND TRADITIONAL YOGA?
